In ETICS systems – for gluing thermal insulation boards made of EPS polystyrene (white and graphite) and XPS boards and applying a reinforced layer on them.
Enables mounting of polystyrene boards up to 50 cm thick.
Enables mounting of XPS boards up to 20 cm thick.
It is recommended for insulation work in passive and energy-saving construction.
It is an element of thermal insulation systems – it can be used to insulate newly constructed buildings and buildings undergoing thermal modernization.

Available packaging – 25 kg paper bags

Main properties

  • very high adhesion – thanks to the increased content of polymer dispersions, it has high adhesion to mineral substrates and to EPS and XPS boards. The development of this parameter is also positively influenced by a diversified, tight pile of the aggregate mixture. The mortar adheres strongly even to difficult substrates, e.g. surfaces covered with paint coatings with good adhesion to the substrate.
  • increased resistance to cracking – thanks to structural fiber reinforcement, the mortar has increased resistance to:
    – formation of micro-cracks at the initial stage of binding
    – formation of cracks during system operation.
  • vapor permeable
  • is available in two versions: on white cement (ATLAS HOTER U WHITE) or on gray cement (ATLAS HOTER U) – the use of white cement increases the strength of the adhesive layer

Main parameters

  • thickness of the reinforced layer: 2-5 mm

Wear

Sticking boards: from 4.0 to 5.0 kg/m².
Execution of the reinforced layer: from 3.0 to 3.5 kg/m².
The exact material consumption depends on the parameters of the substrate (including the degree of evenness) and the adopted board gluing technology.

Packaging

25 kg bags.
